White Armani Polo arrived when taken…
White Armani Polo arrived when taken out of the paper they sent it in, inside the polo was various hairs must have been 20 at least, called Armani to send back thats agg on its on as has to go back to Italy bad customer services will never use them again.

Bad service.
Worst customer service ever. Returned 2 pairs of sandles on the 5 th of May 2022 and it's now the 15 th of June and still not been refunded. SO FAR THATS 6 WEEKS .
Called and emailed 3 times ,.and all I get is we are busy !
But quick enough to take my money in the first place .
Won't be using Armani again .

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I’ve ever had!
They cancelled my payment a few times for non-existing reasons, I even started to think it’s a fake website to order. I also tried to use credit and debit cards - I have 3 bank accounts and they said that I can use just one card for my account - so, they didn’t let me pay for the items I ordered! I called them a few times to resolve the problem - but they didn’t, they just sent me an email that my account has notated for the future purchases! NO MORE PURCHASES ON THIS WEBSITE, thank you!!! I made a mistake to spend time dealing with this guys - WAIST OF TIME!!
There’s a lot of bad reviews about the customer service Armani.com as you can see and nobody cares - so think twice before purchase! Nobody will resolve any troubles you may have on the way to get your order!

Armani net-a-porter group Horrible company ???
5 MONTHS FOR A REFUND!!!!!!!!
I ordered a pair of trainers for my son from the uk website they arrived but sadly they didn't fit so i contacted customer service for a exchange who asked me to return using the shipping label provided. I got to my local drop-off point they wouldn't accept the parcel as it didnt have the correct invoice to get through customs as it was beening returned to ITALY.
Contacted customer service again for the correct invoice and was promised it by email the next day. Nothing came. Thats when i read all the bad reviews on this site of customer service, packages going missing / stuck at customs.
Over the 4 weeks of phoneing customer service and many emails later i decided to contact paypal for advice they told me to return the parcel using royal mail tracking service and that they would cover me if the package went missing plus i would also be covered by Royal mail too.
I sent the trainers through Royal mail special delivery at a cost of around £15 (but was able to claim my money back through paypal return p&p) Royal mail told me it wil arrive in Italy over the next couple of days. After tracking the parcel over a 3 week period it finally arrived in italy where it sat for 3 MONTHS. I contacted armani, PayPal and royal mail to ask if it had been lost over this period i had no reply from armani, paypal fobed me off and Royal mail told me to fill out a missing parcel form for a refund.
2 weeks after filling out the form, Royal mail contacted me to tell me that the parcel had arrived at the destination.
I then contacted PayPal who refunded me straight away.
I never received the correct invoice from this company and will never buy from them again.

Costumer Service: don't care, not friendly, not premium
Advice: Primark gives much better service and same quality items, for 80% discount!

Have return item brand new after…
Have return item brand new after receiving wrong one, paid for tracking royal mail out of my own pocket for their mistake. Have sent numerous emails with tracking receipt but have heard nothing back and no refund!!

shocking "service". The customer services department is a complete and utter joke
DONOT USE THIS ON-LINE STORE
I ordered three items online, including a pair of shoes. Nothing suited and the shoes did not fit so I went online to organise the return. The returns form did not function despite numerous attempts. I rang customer services who said they would look into it and tell me what I needed to do. After sending chasing emails I was asked to return the items without filling in a return form on this occasion and that the warehouse would be told to expect my returns (I had set out in an email exactly what I was returning with the corresponding codes for each item as I had been asked to do). I did exactly as I was asked to do. I then received a refund for two out of three items, but no refund for the shoes. I have emailed and telephoned customer services on a number of occasions, on at least three of the calls, I have been cut off as I am in the lengthy process of explaining the issue to yet another person resulting in me calling back and speaking to somebody else and repeating the whole process. On one of the calls I was berated for sending the items back without completing a return form, until I directed her to the email telling me to do just that. This person then told me that there would be a refund and it would be done that day. Then nothing. I emailed again and received a response that appears to suggest that I won't be getting a refund, but what is written makes absolutely no sense and requests for clarification went ignored. So yet again I rang customer services ( twice, due to being cut off mid-explanation again) to be told that I would receive an email. That was Friday and I am still waiting....
Emails do not get answered in a timely fashion and the last one made absolutely no sense at all. I have no idea why they are not processing the refund and I presume that they think that if they hang up my calls or do not respond to my emails I will just give up and go away. I have now requested the details of their complaints department so that I can take this further. I don't expect to receive a response and I suspect that even if I do, from reading the reviews on here, the complaints department, if it exists, is likely to be extremely busy. I have never encountered this with any other online shopping outlet and I am frankly appalled. It is supposed to be a high end brand, but they treat their customers with utter contempt. I will not be giving up on this; it is not now just about the refund but the high handed and dismissive way in which I have been treated. Please do not throw yourself at the mercy of this rude and incompetent outfit, however nice the shoes are.

Wrong size gift box and damaged, all they said was send it back for a refund which was not what I wanted to do as the bag was not damaged so it was inconvenient. no compromise at all. would recommend choosing a different brand.

armani smartwatch 3 hybrid
I bought armani smartwatch 3 hybrid, half declared functions does not working at all. Decided return item, but it seems its not possible, it seems staff playing game cat and mouse. I sent order number and described issues, then I got link to website regarding return, where I was redirected again to chat agents where you need again describe your problem. I did twice and asked to sort it out but the agent by name Peter 3rd time did the same, and until now I can't get return instructions and label. I supposed Armani has high standards at all but it seems I was wrong.

Wish I read the reviews before buying
Wish I read the reviews before buying. Customer service is a joke, takes days to respond. Never received parcel was assured a refund was processed and would take 14-21 days to receive. 30+ days still not refund and they claim they are investigating it.
It’s not hard, you can see parcel never got delivered so give my damn money back !!!

It does not tell you that if you sign up for an account you get free shipping so I ordered a scarf for £48 in the sale and I also paid £6 for shipping so it came to £54 which I paid then later I learn I can get free delivery when signing up for a FREE account and then went to cancel the order then says it can’t be cancelled due to it being automatically being put through the system and from some of the reviews I’m questioning wether I will get this scarf or not and £6.50 to send it back is a joke.
